At ARAI, we are committed to providing you with a reliable, fast and safe delivery service for all your motorcycle helmet purchases. This shipping policy explains how we handle the shipping of your orders, delivery times, associated costs, and other important information regarding the delivery of your products.
1. Delivery Areas
We ship our products throughout metropolitan France, as well as to certain international regions. If you reside outside of these areas, we invite you to contact us directly to discuss delivery options.
1.1. Delivery in Metropolitan France
All orders can be delivered to any region of metropolitan France, including major cities and rural areas. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on your exact address.
1.2. International Delivery
We also offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and times for international shipments depend on the final destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and local taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
2. Delivery Times
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary based on several factors, including destination, shipping method selected, and product availability.
2.1. Processing of Orders
- Processing Time : Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process after payment is received. During periods of high demand or special promotions, order processing may take up to 5 business days.
- Order Confirmation : You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped, along with a tracking number to track your package.
2.2. Delivery times in Metropolitan France
- Standard Delivery : 3-5 business days after order processing.
- Express Delivery : 1-2 business days after order processing. This option is available for an additional fee.
- Delivery delay : If we anticipate a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you by email or telephone.
2.3. International Delivery Times
- Europe : 5 to 10 working days.
- Rest of the world : 10 to 15 business days. Delivery times may be extended due to customs procedures, weather conditions or other unforeseen factors beyond our control.
3. Delivery Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, the weight of the order, and the shipping method chosen. The costs will be clearly indicated at the time of payment, before you finalize your order.
3.1. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over a certain amount in metropolitan France. The threshold for this offer may vary depending on current promotions, and will be displayed on our site at the time of your purchase.
3.2. Standard Delivery Costs
- In Metropolitan France : Standard delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your address. Costs start at €3.00.
- International Shipping : Fees are also calculated based on destination and weight. Additional charges may apply for remote or hard-to-reach areas.
3.3. Express Delivery Options
We offer express delivery options for an additional fee, allowing for faster delivery of your items. Express delivery charges vary depending on the destination and the weight of your package.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that will allow you to track your package in real time. You can check the status of your delivery directly on the carrier's website or via our website.
4.1. Delivery Status
Online tracking will keep you informed of the status of your delivery, including the shipping date, expected delivery date, and updates if there are any delays or issues with your order.

5. Delivery Addresses
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
5.1. Change of Address
If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to make the necessary changes before your order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, we will no longer be able to change the shipping address.
5.2. Return Address
If there is a problem with delivery or a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. The reshipping costs will be at your expense.
6. Damages and Delays in Delivery
We strive to ensure that your products reach you in perfect condition. However, occasionally damage or delays may occur during delivery. We encourage you to check the status of your order upon receipt.
6.1. Damage to the Product
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately by sending us photos of the item and packaging to info.arai.helmet@gmail.com . We will arrange an exchange or refund in accordance with our return policy.
6.2. Delivery Delays
Although we work with reliable carriers, delays can sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control (weather conditions, strikes, customs procedures, etc.). If your order is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible and do everything possible to resolve the problem.
7. Unclaimed Shipments and Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment. Additional costs for a new shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
7.1. Unclaimed Packages
Packages that are unclaimed after multiple delivery attempts or after the carrier's hold time will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange a new shipment or a partial refund (less shipping costs).
8. Multiple Orders
If you place multiple orders to the same address within a short period of time, we reserve the right to combine these orders into one shipment for ease of delivery. If you would prefer to have your orders shipped separately, please let us know at the time of purchase.
